Brief Description: Drill the trailing edge of the stab & elevator hin

1. IMarked the position for the rivets at 7.5-mm from the edge of the hinge and transferred that mark to the trailing skin of the stab. 2. Measured that positon with the edge marking tool and drew in a rivet line all across the skin. 3. Marked off the rivet holes using the rivet fan at a 40-mm spacing, starting from a point 20-mm from the center line, going towards each end. 4. Clamped the hinge in place at the ends and middle. 5. Drilled every other hole with a #40, starting at the RHS, clecoing as I went, removing clamps when needed. 6. Drilled the alternate holes. 7. Removed the clecoes and checked the hole line in the hinge. It was close to the middle of the hinge flange. 8. Clecoed it back together, at alternate holes. 9. Drilled the open holes with a #30, then clecoed all those holes, and drilled the rest of the #30 holes. 10. Disassembled the top skin from the rib assembly.
