Brief Description:  Drill and cleco stab skin to rear spar-3

1. I drilled #40 holes in the ribs and front spar in the following pattern

a. I put a 2x4x8 on the top of the skin to hold it down uniformly.

b. I drilled #40 holes in the center ribs, starting at the rear spar, alternating between the two center ribs, clecoing as I went.

c. I drilled every 2nd hole (#40) in the front spar, alternating left and right, out to the hole just inboard of the middle rib, clecoing as I went.

d. I drilled #40 holes in the middle ribs, starting at the rear spar, alternating between the two middle ribs, clecoing as I went.

e. I drilled every 2nd hole (#40) in the front spar, alternating left and right, out to the hole just inboard of the outside rib, clecoing as I went.

f. I drilled #40 holes in the outside ribs, starting at the rear spar, alternating between the two outside ribs, clecoing as I went.

g. I drilled every 2nd hole (#40) in the front spar, alternating left and right, out to the outside end of the spar, clecoing as I went. Then I removed the 2x4x8 from the skin.

h. On the rear spar, I drilled #30 holes through the undrilled pilot holes and clecoed. Then I removed the #40 clecoes and drilled out the #40 holes to #30.

i. I removed clecoes from the rib holes, drilled out to #30, and reclecoed.

j. On the front spar, I drilled #30 holes through the undrilled pilot holes and clecoed. Then I removed the #40 clecoes and drilled out the #40 holes to #30. See images 1 & 2.
