Brief Description: Finish shelf on work bench, add doublers
Finished attaching underbench shelf to work bench. The dimensions of the workbench were adjusted so that the shelf would be wide enough to hold the largest pieces of sheet metal for the wings and the fuselage. To accomodate the largest pieces, I had to eliminate the overhang on one side of the workbench top. I still have an overhand on the other sides. Image 1 shows the bottom doubler that was attached to the NE corner leg. The 3/8" plywood was from the sides of the shiping crate. I used the heavier 7/16" plywood from the top for the tall shelves because it was a bit sturdier than the 3/8" plywood from the crate's sides. Two of the cross braces were cut from shipping crate 2x4's.
