Drill Seat Front Angle and Rear Bottom Angle to center spar Rear Web
1. Mark center of front angle and rear bottom angle, and top and bottom of center spar rear web. 2. Clamp seat front angle to Rear center spar web, carefully aligning center marks on angle and top of cernter spar rear web. 3, Back drill #21 the front angle through the rivet holes in the top of the center spar rear web, clecoing along. 4. Back drill #21 the rear bottom angle through the rivet holes in the bottom of the center spar rear web, clecoing along. 5. Cleco the top and bottom spar caps for the rear web to the web. 6. Mark the 4 centers for the 5/16" bolt holes through the angles at each end of the center spar rear web with a 5/16" transfer punch.
