Brief Description:  Remove web doubler from right spar

After consuting with an experienced aeronautical engineer, I removed the doubler from the right spar web that I had installed per Caleb's suggestion.

The 3/16" solid rivets were drilled and punched out following procedures noted earlier.

I removed the 5/32" SS blind rivets using the BAT-131 rivet drilling tool to guide a 5/32" bit into the center of the rivet head followed by knocking the rivet head off as I did for solid rivets. Then I punched out the rivet shank with a 5/32" pin punch.

I had to work a paint scraper under the doubler to free it from the web because the primer layers on the parts had bonded. Once the bond was broken, the doubler was easily removed. Fig. 1 shows the front side of the spar after doubler removal, while Fig. 2 shows the rear side of the spar.
