1 Install the fork onto the nose strut. note that the bolts on the side front side are longer than the bolts on the aft side of the forks. The bolts should oriented so the heads are on the tire sidee of the fork.
2 Slide the avle through the nose wheel berings.
3 Slide the nose wheel and axle between the nose wheel forks. Grease the outer diameter and push the axle bushing through the fork to secure the axle.
4 Slide the bolt through the entire nose wheel assembly and tighten with a washer and a locknut. Use a quick clamp to squeese the fork together and add washers as needed to the axle to prevent thread cutting into the bolt shnk. Tighten the loknut only enough that when the tire is spun by hand, it willonly complete one revolution.
5 Secure the keeper plates to the nose wheel fork. The flat edges of the axle bushings must be oriented properly to accommodate the keeper plates.
6 Charge the strut with nitrogen to 250 psi + - 25 psi WITH 4 " of exposed shaft.
