THE FOLLOWING STEPS SHOULD BE PERFORMED AFTER THE NOSE GEAR HAS BEEN INSTALLED.
1 Attachthe bumper to the link arm.
2 Attachthe door link ball studs.
3 Attach the pivot mount.
4 Install the door closer rods and brackets.
5 Position the door cloer assembly in the tunnel. Using double stick tape or instand glue attach the brakets to the tunnel and the gear doors, respectivrly. Swing the nose gear to test operation of the system. Adjust the position of the components as required.
6 Match drill the link arm pivots tothe tunnel them attch them.
7 Match drill the gear door brackets to the gear doors them attach them.
