POWER FOR THE DOOR SEAL PUMP AND OPERATION OF THE DOOR OPEN/CLOSED SENSOR IS PROVIDED TO EACH DOOR THROUGH THE DOOR POWER CONTACTS. ONE HALF MUST BE INSTALLED ITHE DOOR AND THE OTHER HALF MUST BE INSTALLED IN THE FUSALAGE.
1 Cut a hole i the fusalage centred between the door hinge goggles. Verify the dimensions shown with the back od the contacts before cutting the hole.
2 Make note of the white mark or black wire on the back of the contact. Thay must be line up with the corresponding mark or black wire on the contact installed in the door.
3 Insert the contacts into the hole sothe wiring is inside the cabin.
4 Match drill the contacts to the fusalage and install using screws washers, and nuts.
5 Cut a hole in the door, centred between the door hinge goggles. Verify the dimensions shown with the back of the contacts before cutting the hole.
6 Insert the contacts into the hole so they match with the contacts in the fusalage. Ensure the white mark or black wire on the back of the contacts line up with the white mark or black wire on the contacts in the fusalage.
7 Match drill the contacts to the fusalage and install using screws , washers , and nurs
