1 Cut out the two circles scribed into the fan planum body.
2 Place the fan ( PFB1224UHE) over the hole i the plenum and atch drill for the attachment screw locations. Typical of 2 fans.
3 Install nutplates ( K3000-8)
4 Position the fan vent hole over the vent hole, centre fore and aft, with the vertical face 1 3/16 from the inside fce of the condenser plenu. Bond it to the inside of the fusalage using hysolor flox.
5 Coat all surfaces of the fan plenum and inside the condenser plenum with Rhino 9700.
