Brief Description:  BRAKE LINES-RESERVIOR TOTHE PARKING BRAKE

A COMBINATION OF STEEL BRAIDED FELX AND PLASTIC TUBING IS USED TO CONNECT THE BRAKE RESERVIOR AND THE MASTER CYLINDER TO THE PARKING BRAKE.

1 FOR INSTALLATION OF THE MASTER CYLINDERS REF TO CHATER 4 COMPLETING THE RUDDER

2 REFER TO FIG 13.2.D.1 BRAKE SYS SCHEMATIC- NYLAFLOW TUBING.

3 SCREW AND ELBOW FITTING ( 130-0016) INTO EACH MASTER CYLINDER PORT. THERE ARE TWO PORTS PER MASTER CYLINDER, A TOP AND BOTTOM.

4 CONNECTA STELLL BRAIDED HOSE ( 140-004100 TO THE BULKHEAD FITTING(S) AT THE BRAKE FLUID RESERVIOR.

5 ATTACH THE PLASTIC TUBING ( 71-T-187) FROM THE END OF THESE HOSES TO THE APPROPRIATE FITTING IN THE MASTER CYLINDER.

TIP
RUN THE TUBING THROUGH LARGER DIA TRGON TUBING FOR ABRAISON PROTECTION.

NOTE

ALLOW FOR PEDAL ASSEMBLY MOVEMNET DUE TO PILOT OR CO-PILOT ADJUSTMENT.

6 CONNECT THE LOWER PORTS OF THE PILOTS MASTER CYKINDER TO THE UPPER PORTS OF THE CO-PILOTS MASTER CYLINDERS. ALWAYS CONNECT THE LEFT CYLINDER ON THE PILOTS SIDE TO THE LEFT CYLINDER OF THE CO-PILOTS SIDE AND THE RIGHT CYLINDER TO THE RIGHT CYLINDER FROM THE PILOTS SIDE TO THE CO-PILOTS SIDE.

7 CONNECT THE UPPER PORTS OF THR MASTER CYLINDER TO THE INLET PORTS OF THE PARKING BRKAE USING PLASTIC TUBING (71-T-187) TAKE CARE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE LEFT CYLINDER GOES TO THE LEFT PORTION OF THE PARKING BRAKE..

8 SECURE THE LINES WITH ZIP TIES
