THE HYD TAMK AND PUMP ARE INSTALL IN THE BAGGAGR COMPARTMENT. THE ASSEMBLY SHOULD BE LOCATED AS CLOSE S POSSIBLE THE THE BOTTOM OF THE FUSALAGE, WITHOUT TOUCHING THE FUSALAGE.
NOTE IF THE LABEL ON THE PUMP READS 108BIS32-BNN-1V-14-00-Y THE PUMP INTERNAL BYPASS PRESSURE HAS BEEN FACTORY SET TO 1400PSI AND MUST BE ADJUSTED. RF TO11.2.D FOR ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS.
IF THE LABEL READS 108BIS32-BNN-1V-23-00-YTHE PUMP PRESURE HAS BEEN FACTORY SET TO 2300PSI.
1 TAPE A 1/8 THICK PIECE OF PHEMOLIC OR COMPOSITE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE HYD RESERVIOR AS A SPACER AND PLACE THE RESERVIOR IN THE FUSALAGE.
2 BOLT THE PUMP TO THE RESERVIOR.
3 LOCTE THE PUMP( ACTUAL MOTOR BODY) 7 1/2 FROM THE AFT FACE OF THE REAR SHEAR BOX.
4 MARK AND DRILL THE MOUTING HOLES.
5 REMOVE THE 1/8 PHENOLIC SAPCE USED IN STEP 1
6 BOLT THE HYD PUMP AND RESERVIOR ASSEMBLY TO THE FUSALAGE IN THREE PLACES.
7 DE-CORE THE COVER OF THE HYD SYSTEM BAY AS NEEDED IF IT TOUCHES THE TOPOF THE PUMP.
