1 TEMPORARY OND THE DUCT TO THE COWL WITH INSTA GLUE , MARK AND THEN DISASSEMBLE.

2 CUT HOLES IN THE COWL REF TO FIG 31.2.J.2

3 PACK EXPOSED CORE WITH FLOW

4TRIM LOUVE FLANGE TO 1 INCH . PREPSURFACE AND CUTOUT AND PACK EXPOSED CORE BOND LOUVER INTO INNER COWL FACE WITH FLOX. SMOOTH LOUVE SHOULD BE FLUSH WITH EXTERIOR SKIN OF THE COWL. FIG 31.2.J.3

5 TEST FIT THE INTERCOOLERAND RAMPIN DUCT, ADJUST THE RAMPSUCH THAT THE HIGH END IS UP AGAINST THE SIDE OF THE INTERCOOLER.

6 BOND RAMP TOCOWL.

7PLACE INTERCOOLERIN DUCT AND MATCH DRILL FLANGES AND INSTALL NUT PLATES

8 DISCONNECT THE P3 LINE FROM FLOWPACK AND REASSEMBLE USING 1256X-3, C5315 X 12 AND C5015 X 12 X 10 INFLOWPACK WITH C5315 IN FLOWPACK AND C5015 ON TOP SIDE OR SIDE NEAREST TOFIREWALL OF THE TEEASSEMBLY. IF THERE IS A DUCT PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM INSTALLED THE AIRCRAFT THE 12S6X-S MUST BE DRILLED AND TAPPED TO ACCEPT THE 1/4 CONNECTION AT THE CENTREOF THE FLET FACE REF TO LANCAIR EVOLUTION BUILD MANUAL PN 032-0004 CHAP 26 PRESSURIZATION PAGE 26-21 IF FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS ARE REQUIRED.
