Brief Description: Began installation of vertical stabilizer
Michael, and Pierceton. Began to align vertical stabilizer to the tail cone with the AN3 bolts called out (Steps 1-3). Installation of Lower Hinge Assemlbe could not be completed as the holes match drilled previously did not align with the vertical stab.This has been redone.
