Nest VS-1212B-R upper spar cap to VS-1203 to reference line through #30 hole and clamp. Nest VS-1212A-R lower spar cap into VS-1203. Align bottom edges. Match drill #30 holes starting from bottom at ever 4th. cleco each hole as drilling. Match-drill #30 to the 4 #30 holes to the VS-1212R-B. Cleco. Take apart and deburr then reassemble.
