Nest VS-1212A-L into VS-1203 Align and clamo in place. Starting from #30 hole nearest to bottom of rea spar web, match-drill #30 about every fourth hole. Cleco as drill. Move to VS-1212B-L upper spar cap. Match-drill #30 holes.
Remove both spar caps and deburr. Cleco back in place and drill out remaining #30 holes. Started to match-drill VS-1203 rear spar lflange holes into VS-1212A-L but did not finish.
