Brief Description: Disassemble R flap and prep parts
Take it all apart! Mark skins and only remove plastic enough to prep and prime (inside) and dimple / rivet (outside) Drill out hole in spar for K1000-4 nut plate. Hole in 906b-R is guide for hole in rib behind. Drill initial hole with "C" drill and then ream out with 1/4" reamer. Found scrap piece of skin that I used to verify holes.. Used an AN4 bolt and washers to hold nut plate in place. Drilled out board to drop bolt (sticking up) and clamed down and drilled out the rivet holes (#40). Started cleaning up edges.
