Deburred the edges of the nose skins (made sure edges don't mark up spar) Smoothed some edges of the nose ribs. Taped nose skins to bench and used flat board to give them a 'little' more bend. Clecoed bottom of nose skins to spar then used tie down straps and a board to 'pull' the skin around and down to the top spar. Jeanine ratcheted the straps one at a time back and forth until holes lined up. Worked SO MUCH better than trying to make it happen by hand.
