Brief Description:  Flatten nose skin and drill holes rib/spar skins R

Verified that skin wave / buckling is somewhat normal. Added heavy board and sandbags to keep things as flat as possible.
Per instructions I verified that the nose skin had no more than 1/16" rise across the middle. Initial rias was 2/32" on each side. Gently squeezed skin by hand down into shape. After several passes (using heal of palm pushing down) go skin almost completely flat. Seems to have helped with some of the fit and buckling - several clecos 'popped' as things reached better alignment.
Drilling (reaming out) spar/skin and rib/skin holes.
Need 1/8" drill bits for skin/CB tube (SS really hard!)
Tried bit from OSH / carbide bits - AWFUL. Went back to #30 bits with biolube. Finally got through all holes. Used long scrap copper pipe to rub off scarf on the inside of the SS tube.
