Brief Description: Fit ribs and top and bottom skin to R aileron
Clecoed ribs to both spars. Reamed out, and dimple rib and bottom skin. Had to add hole to back rivet plate to accommodate dimpling tail of rib. attached bottom skin with two temp rivets on each rib. Attached nose skin to bottom. Turned over and had to pull skin hard around nose/SS tube to get to line up with spar holes.. Used strips of duct tape to 'pull' skin across and around not tube. Skin is secured but top skin does not want to lay flat. have 2x8 flat board on it with sandbags to see if it will flatten out.
