Brief Description:  Drill SS CB tube for left aileron

Drilled out hole a second time and same thing happened. Right side pulled up spar. Holes got out of alignment because CB tube was not tight against rib and skin.
re set drill press and incorporated notched wood scraps to hold pipe in place. Moved drill bit up as far as possible (little sticking out as possible) to keep drill bit flex to a minimum.
Worked a lot better. When drilling went real slow checked with light press and made sure as centered as possible. Also kept a better eye on aligning pen when parking holes

Re- attached skins, extra clecos along the spar to keep extra tight.
Used square to check spar to rib alignment.
While tube was in place after first two holes had been drilled rotated them to bottom holes, clecoed in place and checked fit of top tab to tube. Used hammer to slight better shape rib tab to tube.
Sequence Left top hole, right top hole, rotate down putting top holes in bottom holes. mark right top hole, drill, fit mark left top hole (last one) drill.
Last fitting was really good.
Took three set of holes. Not sure it would be possible to do another set...
Now to do pop rivet or taped in rivet??
