Started assembly and discovered that some holes were not drilled. Re-reamed all holes and deburred from drilling. re-assembled and installed end ribs (A905 R&L). SEEMS to be a problem. Spar is not flat on table with end ribs on. Both ailerons have the same twist. Had spar clamped to the table when marking holes on SS counterbalance tube. ????? Did the interweb search thing and found a post on VANSAIRFORCE about how to mark and drill holes. Need to drill out temp pop rivets and start over. Lucky that all I have to do is rotate SS pipe and re mark and drill
Drilled out soft pop rivets so tomorrow I can start fresh
