Brief Description: Start Left Aileron - nose skin and drill
Scored plastic with soldering iron and removed only the plastic that would be in the way. Trying to keep skins less scuffed up in this process Attached nose skin and used saddles to wrap skin around counterbalance tube and cleco nose skin to top skin/spar. A LOT EASIER than how I did it with the right aileron - tape pulling etc. Drilling out holes in spar with reamer (#40) and drilling holes in nose ribs. All holes done except the SS counterbalance.
