Brief Description: Set flush rivets in trailing edge
Inserted flush rivets, shop head towards bottom skin, and taped rivets in place. Turned over and placed rivet heads on long bucking bar, kept everything flat with plywood under rest of aileron, and then weighted skins / assembly to keep things aligned and flat. Riveting went smooth, started from center and worked outwards back riveting / setting rivets about 1/2 way. Turned aileron over and did final set with mushroom head. A couple of places were a bit ' not straight' so I turned the assembly over again and gently tapped areas until everything was as flat and straight as I could get it. Turned out well.
