Brief Description: Rivet top and bottom skin to spar
Tried several ways of bucking flush rivets to spar: Tried heavy bar by hand, taping heavy bar to PVC stick, taping small heavy bucking bar to glove finger, and finally using small heavy bucking bar laying flat on spar. First methods worked 'ok' but were causing scuffing and were really totally by feel - no way to see progress / alignment. Bucking bar taped to glove was working pretty well but it was numbing my finger! Finally found a way to tape small tungsten bucking bar to prevent scuffing and was able to reach in, while still being able to watch alignment, and hold in place for a good rivet. Process went pretty fast once I got the right (and left!) rhythm got all 80 rivets in 1.5 hrs.
