Brief Description: Aileron hinge bracket, washer location
Noticed each aileron bracket had different placement of washers. Washers should be under nylock nuts. Had to 'fix' two brackets. while documenting (7/3/15) I double checked aileron brackets and 'noticed' another bracket that was washered incorrectly. Fixed.
