Marked Plexiglas lens with ruler and sharpie. Tried cutting to size with Rockwell saw - not best tool. Figured how to maneuver it through band saw. MUCH better results. Used scotch brite wheel to clean up edges. Nice and smooth. Created "strap" per instruction to hold lens while drilling. NOT drilling yet but all ready.
