Finished sanding down rod ends. good fit. Primed inside of push rods - made funnel of paper and poured acetone to clean. Dried with compressed air. Used same funnel to pour primer into tube while turning tube. Drying. New method is to spray primer in from both sides per manual / construction documentation.
