Brief Description: Check torque on bolts attaching tank to spar
Per manual(s) (Vans construction manual) 3-X bolts should be torqued to 20 - 25 " lbs. Very light pressure for 25 " lbs. When installing new bolts need to adjust for torque needed to turn bolt and add to final torque setting. 'Some' say (on line forums) that if you use the upper end of the torque vales it should compensate for friction/drag needed to turn bolt.
