Verified rivets (size and placement) cleaned rivets in acetone. Re taped space around end ribs. Installed outer end rib first. Had to drill out 3 rivets - heads rose up. Finally figured out best position and bracing for squeezer. Took almost one hour for half the rivets on first rib. Kept mixed sealant in refrigerator between applications. Gave me an additional hour working time (supposed to be 2 hour) Installed end nose reinforcement plate on outer rib. Installed inner rib then bracket/ nose rib reinforcement plate. Jeanine used the rivet gun with a long rivet head (common rivets were too close to flange for gun to reach with short head. Went back and installed the tooling hole cover plate. Touched up all rivet heads and re-slathered sealant around the edges of rib/skin joint.
