Brief Description: Tanks seal / rivet interior tank ribs
Installed first two ribs in two ours. Mixed up sealant and used bag (with tip cut off) to apply sealant. Still needed to use brush to spread evenly. Jeanine used rivet gun and I held bucking bar. Only had to drill out two rivets. Installed next three ribs 3 ribs in 3.5 hrs. Mixed second batch on plastic plate, applied with brush which seemed to go about as easy. Bag makes doing corners / filleting a lot easier. Installed the three ribs then went back and touched up rivet heads with sealant and did rib/skin corner. Between ribs put sealant in fridge - gave me an extra hour. At the end I left it out doing the last rib and it started to set up. Took .5 hours to clean tools and clecos. Pulled off tape paper for the ribs that are complete.
