Brief Description: Tape off areas and re cleco ribs to skin
Followed advice I read from another builder site: tape off EVERYTHING that does not get sealant applied to it. Took a while but got everything covered with printer paper and painters tape. Re installed ribs but ran into a recurring problem - drilled / dimpled holes are too stretched to provide much hold for cleco. First couple of clecos (tip) have to be put in and then skin bent around rib. Made little tabs to go under cleco tip - worked great. Keeps from bunging up holes any worse. Jeanine helped me install remaining clecos. Waiting for tank sealant (stiffener / drain/ filler) to lose its tacky-ness (24 hour).. Covered tank filler and drain with wax paper so paper shreds wont be imbedded in sealant (that 'may' come off once fuel is in tank.)
