Brief Description: Clamp T-708 access plate and match drill to rib
Clamped T-708 access plate to rib, centered over hole drilled in rib, and drilled out #8 screw holes. Needed special sized clecos (3/32 - Black) - ordered 20. Made do with #8 screw and nut plate to hold things steady.
