Marked and used solder gun to remove strip of protective plastic. Used a scrap piece set depth of countersink. Counter sunk all 164 holes, checked each hole with rivet to verify depth. All hold just a bit deep to allow for epoxy. Drilled out spar attach screw holes with #19 drill bit.
