Brief Description: Rivet nut plates to tiedown, bolt tiedown to spar
Primer completely dry. Rivet nut plates to tie down. Pre drilled / tapped tie down bar was upside down so nut plate holes are not lined up. Either need to tap other end or stat with a new tie down. Bought tap and die set -went to Gary Lang and he helped me tap the other end. Not as deep as original but good. (2.5 hrs round trip) Bolt tie down to spar. Torque to 20 in lbs. Bolt bell crank brackets to tie down / spar. 20 in lbs. 30 min total clean up and install bolts.
