Brief Description: Rivet nut plates and bolt right tie down to spar
Let right tie down primer dry all night. Much better adhesion. Riveting nut plates to AEX by holding AEX in vise. Torqued AN3 bolt / AN 365 nut to 20-25 in lbs. W823PP (Bell Crank brackets) needed bold holes cleaned up with #12 reamer. Brackets are powder coated steel so holes were primed with cotton swap dipped in primer. Drilling match hole in left tie down AEX. Fit to spar and drill other three holes. Drilled out 4 bell crank bracket holes. Installed bell crank brackets and torqued to 25 inch lbs.
