Removed hinge and cut to size. Weighted it down between two 2x4's, hinge loop down and cut with hack saw. Cleaned up with scotch brite wheel. Re-clecoed hinge to trim tab from center out. Slightly better fit of skin to spar, more even. All rivets squeezed. skin a lot smoother. First center rivet needed to be drilled out I used 3-3.5 instead of 3-4 rivet. TOO thin on driven side - would be too weak. New rivet fits a lot better. Pop riveted the end rivets cs-4-4
