Brief Description: Attach and drill holes in hinge
Braced spar against plywood strip, wedged hinge against spar, used clamp and sandbags to hold everything straight. Used small piece of hinge material to keep spacing consistent in relation to skin edge. Worked well. Drilled out all holes successfully. Disassembled and cleaned holes and re assembled / clecoed it all back together. Good fit of skin to spar but a bit of puckering on skin. Need to rivet from center outward to try and smooth out.
