Brief Description: Mount and rivet Control Horns to Trim Tab Skin
Measured old control horns vs new control horns. New horns have 2/32" more material on top of horn. "may" make a difference some day, better safe than sorry. Really it probably will never make a difference, but I feel better. Cleaned up end tabs and control horns. Primed ends and section where control horns attach. Needed to drill out 4 of 5 rivets, rivets fell over or slipped off die. Last two rivets on inboard side were drilled out to oops rivet size (drill out with #30 drill and used ad 4-3.5 rivet.
