Brief Description: New trim tab control horns, mark, cut, and dimple
New control horns arrived. Marked and cut. Careful to not remove too much metal like previous parts. Cut each separately, and then clecoed to scrap to grind smooth and shape. Cleaned up edges and dimpled skin and control horns. Dimpler radius a bit big and dimpling 'flattened' bend somewhat. Had to bend, holding flush to edge of back rivet plate, back to better shape with (gentle use of) hammer. Got back to acceptable shape. Note to self find closer diameter dimple die- which I had already. Remember to use next time!
