Brief Description: Deburr, elevator skin, countersink AEX, drill out
Prepare the AEX wedge by countersinking both sides. deburr and dimple top and bottom trailing edge skins. Drill out E908 R&L stiffeners to #30 for CS 4-4 blind rivets and dimple. All holes drilled, dimpled, and countersunk. Need to verify if fuel tank sealant / epoxy is supposed to be used on entire wedge when assembling. Plans say to use on corners to keep them from curling up. Past instructions had the entire wedge epoxied. Maybe I can do the trim tab ribs at the same time?
