Brief Description: Continue prepping the left elevator
Fix the one hole in the E 920 trim tab spar. flattened the spar dimple and carefully re-dimpled (by hand). Great fit and no need for oops rivet. Checked fit of countersink side and most holes need a 'tad' more countersinking. Will re mount on plywood strip and use counter sink with 1/4 turn more depth. Countersink holes got out of alignment with the backing plywood causing several countersink holes to become elongated. E907 elevator trim tab spar to be pretty ugly. Turns out I did not to countersink any more the skin was bowed away from the spar. Considering reordering. Reordered - < $10.00 (plus shipping)
