Begin the disassembly, deburr, and dimpling process.
Start with CB assembly. Cleaned, deburred, dimpled, and primed.
Disassembled spar, ribs, reinforcement plates. Cleaned, deburred, and dimpled.
Countersunk top of E 907 elevator trim spar. (clamped to overhanging plywood strip, drilled holes and used clecos to hold while countersinking.
Dimpling the elevator skin - had to unscrew the dimple table top from work bench.
Skin is dimpled - #30 bottom, #40 top.
