Brief Description:  Outlining sequence and trial fitting

Reviewing assembly instructions to outline fit and rivet sequence. Being careful to try and not make same mistakes. Also trying to make sure skin does not wrinkle. Clamped and clecoed piece of wood to outer edge of skin so when it is moved it all moves at the same time without unintentional bending / warping.
Trial fitting spar / rib / control horn to try and get a better fit and fewer problems drilling holes - last time holes from control horn to rib were 1/2 hole diameter offset. two things: a - bend flange on rib to a tighter radius (pulling it in closer to spar when riveting), b- filing down weld flashing and powder coat on inside spar attach surface (allowing control horn to extend slight farther back). Hopefully doing both will give a better alignment.
Initial trail fit is encouraging: fit everything with two layers of film still in place and small difference still exists. Sharper bend, filing down welding flange, and removing film should allow much closer fit. Minor misalignment 'should' be tolerated since holes will be drilled out to #30 and right now small #40 clecos fit.
