Brief Description: Building elevator counterbalance arms
Drill out pre-punched holes in ribs and counterbalance skin to #40. Dimpled all holes in counterbalance skins and ribs E-903 and E-904. Dimpled ribs also. Beveled edge of counterbalance skin per plans and after calling factory to verify that it meant to shave off (with a file) rather than bend (seam).
