Countersink both sides of training edge strip. Being very careful to not over countersink! All went well, verified with sample rivet Used scrap piece of plywood, drilled all holes through trailing edge strip so countersink tool point would have some place to go. Clamped and clecoed to keep everything steady and had no problems and no over counter sinking.
