Brief Description: Fabricate dimple jig for tight holes
Used scrap horizontal stabilizer bracket to create a double sided female dimple die. double countersunk because of the small clearance on back side of rib. Needed die to be able to nest in opposing dimple.. Worked pretty well. Looks like driving the rivet from both sides is going to be a real challenge. pop rivet wont even fit here. ??? Plans call for AN 426AD 3-3.5, may have to use 426AD 3-3. Did a test fit and it looks like its possible with the shorter rivet. Going to be fun.
