Damaged holes in VS 703, 705, 704 spar and ribs trying to get good rivets. Rivets kept falling over and had to drill out two sets. Ordered new front spar and ribs before leaving for vacation. decided to rebuild rather than trying to remove rest of rivets and possibly messing up other ribs.
reassembled front spar ribs back spar and skin before leaving for one month vacation. drilled out #30 and #40 holes, cleaned / deburred holes and edges. Started dimpling ribs and front spar.
