Skins were not dimpled deep enough. Adjusted the dimpler and re-dimpled all skin holes. Used pneumatic squeezer to do the edges - much easier with only one person to hold skin. Used pneumatic dimpler to do ribs. Made mistake and punched hole close to original hole. Need to send picture to tech support and see if it is too close to original hole
