Brief Description: Prepare main ribs and Nose ribs
Deburred ribs, clecoed to check alignment. fluted, as necessary to straighten. Called Vans tech support to verify process - originally interpreted directions as making edge of ribs straight(i.e. flat) in respect to the spars. Tech support pointed out the word 'straight' as in all the pre drilled holes were lined up. BIG difference. Caution to understand words meaning as intended. Process was saved by attaching all ribs to front and rear spar - verified it was not possible to make them flat - that's when I called tech support. Learned!
