Brief Description: Build VS Skeleton & Wrap Skin Steps 1-5
Deburred all edges and flange surfaces with Scotch wheel and needle file. Rounded edges of top, middle and lower ribs to prevent high points to show in skin. Clecod and final drilled all holes common to skeleton fitment.
Cleco'd skin to skeleton and final drilled holes. Removed skin and deburred holes of skin and top rib, inspar rib, front spar and nose ribs. Marked pattern on skin, bottom nose and inspar ribs and VS per 6-6 to identify fairing screw holes.
